  18. I've tried ABackup and AmiBack on my Amiga, and ARCsolo and Novastor on 
  19. my Win95/486DX4/100 and run into identical problems: when the programs 
  20. try to write to the tape, the 8200 locks, the machine(s) lock, and I 
  21. have to reboot.

  23. Then I found BaRe, a _tiny_ CLI-based utility. Guess what!
  24.  
  25. IT WORKS. Still looking for a more gooey solution, tho....
